Need Ideas? Just Ask

If you’re not sure how to use something—or want help with

  • Food preservation (freezing, fermenting, storing)

  • Substitutions for out-of-season ingredients

  • Simple ways to cook what’s available

Just ask me. I’m happy to help.

Special Note since these are Bulk Orders

All produce is purchased in wholesale quantities and will need to be shared among participants.

  • Potatoes, carrots, and apples are sold in 50 lb cases

  • Cabbage, lettuce, cauliflower, and broccoli come in cases of approximately 20 units

I need to ensure there is enough interest before ordering so items can be properly distributed.

With proper storage and refrigeration, most produce will stay fresh for up to 3 weeks.
